We are committed to making our events inclusive and unforgettable for all guests. We work with Nimbus Disability to manage the application process for Essential Companion tickets, to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
ESSENTIAL COMPANION TICKETS:
Disabled guests may be eligible for a complimentary Essential Companion ticket if they are unable to attend without the help and support of another person. To book an Essential Companion ticket, you must hold a valid Nimbus Access Card or a Illuminate Digital Access Pass with the +1 symbol.
Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and organisation run by and for disabled people, and is recognised as a leading authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.
HOW TO APPLY:
STEP 1: Purchase Your Event Ticket
Please purchase your event ticket before submitting an application for an Essential Companion ticket. We can only consider applications that are accompanied by proof of a paid ticket. Requests for a free Essential Companion ticket cannot be processed without confirmation of your purchased ticket.
STEP 2: Register Access Requirements with Nimbus Disability
After purchasing your ticket, you can submit your access requirements to Nimbus by providing the necessary supporting documentation and information. If your application is approved, Nimbus will issue a free Illuminate Guildford Digital Access Pass (or an Access Card if you have chosen to upgrade). Your Access Pass will be valid for three years.
Apply for a free Illuminate Guildford Digital Access Pass or Nimbus Access Card below. If you already have a Illuminate Guildford Access Pass or Nimbus Access Card, skip to step 3.
STEP 3: Apply for an Essential Companion Ticket
Once you have confirmed your eligibility and have a free Illuminate Guildford Digital Access Pass or Access Card with the +1 symbol, you can apply for an Essential Companion ticket.
You must also have purchased your own event ticket and will be required to provide the ticket order/reference number on your application. You do not need to pre-purchase a ticket for your Essential Companion prior to completing this application.
To apply, complete one application form for each event you are attending.
Please note: You must have your ticket booking order/reference number and your Nimbus Card ID or Illuminate Digital Access Pass ID number ready, as these will be required in the application.
